STEP 3 - Get to Work

We’ll start getting to know each other better, identify your goals for therapy, and develop a treatment plan designed to get you where you want to be.

We will also help you decide which model of care fits you best: traditional weekly therapy or an EMDR intensive approach designed for clients wanting results and relief faster than the weekly session model allows.
